  1. My favorite Christmas memory is when I was 8 1/2 months pregnant and knew I had a doctor’s appointment and ultrasound the next day and my daughter was born! She’s the best day after Christmas present ever! 🙂

    1. What an awesome memory and one that you can remember and cherish forever!!

  2. my cairn terrier katie getting a dog bed

    1. My dogs love Christmas, but one in particular really loves it. It’s so much fun to watch her on Christmas morning….she’s so much like a kid!!

  3. My hubby had been asking for a dog for a while and I surprised him with one for Christmas last year. He is the best fur baby we could’ve ever asked for. God knew just what we needed. 🙂

    1. That’s awesome!! We have 4 fur babies and they’re all special and different. They all love Christmas though!! LOL

  4. I remember my kids finding presents under the Christmas tree last year. They were so happy! My daughter even cried. Santa brought her what she asked for.

    1. That’s always great when Santa can get them what they ask for!! My daughter is 19 now, but she still loves Christmas morning, and still comes in my room yelling “It’s Christmas, wake up, Santa’s been here”!! LOL

  5. Every year I always remember decorating the house for Christmas and baking with music on with my mom when I was little!

    1. We always have music on while we decorate too. Sometimes, it’s a Christmas movie, but usually is’t music. I miss baking with my Mother and it’s just not something that my daughter and I have ever gotten into. I still make my Mom deliver me some baked goods though!! 🙂

  6. My favorite Christmas memory is going to the Santa House in our town. It is the only Santa School in the country. When you go in you feel like you are in Disney World. I love watching Santa talk to my kids. The best Santa every.

    1. That sounds like so much fun!! I’ve never had an experience like that, but I bet it’s great.

  7. My favorite Christmas memory is decorating the Christmas tree with my kids.

    1. I love decorating with my daughter!! Hubby does the outside stuff and her and I do inside and her favorite is doing the tree.

  8. I love finding the “hidden pickle” on my grandparents’ Christmas tree!

    1. Oh my, now what is the “hidden pickle”?? I sounds fun, whatever it is!!

  9. My favorite Christmas memory is waiting for Santa at my grandparents’ house.

    1. How fun!! My daughter refused to be away from home when she was little. She always said Santa wouldn’t find her, no matter how many times I told her that he would. LOL

  10. My best memory was spending Christmas with only my mum, once, as she’d plucked up the courage to leave her abusive boyfriend after 13 years! It was a drama-free day 🙂

    1. That is indeed a special memory!! I’m happy for her and you that she was able to leave that situation. I hope you’re able to keep having those memories together.

  11. Being able to spend lots of time with family and playing board games! 🙂

    1. Family is the best!! What’s your favorite board game?? We have lots of them and enjoy playing them too.

  12. My favorite Christmas memory was getting up early and going to my grandma’s house on Christmas morning. We would eat pancakes and the kids would open up all of their things at once. There was always a huge mess but it was a blast!

    1. I have great memories with my grandparents during the holidays too. They both passed when I was 13 and things were never the same. I still think about those times and I’ll always cherish it!!

  13. My favorite Christmas and Thanksgiving memories are recent ones! Since joining my husband’s family, I have truly been able to experience a good old fashioned Christmas. His family simply gets together, eats, laughs and plays card games. They don’t give fancy gifts, dress up in fancy clothes or have malice toward one another—they truly just love spending time together!

    1. That’s wonderful!! I hope that you keep making those fabulous memories with you extended family.
