Here are the most Frequently Asked Questions that I’ve received….


How do I download my files from the Shop?  You can click on the link in the e-mail that you receive or go to “My Account” and click on “Downloads”, then click on the file that you need to download.  You will either be taken to Dropbox or Google Drive.  For either one, click the download word or arrow and save the file to your computer.

How do I view my files from the Shop?  All files are either in PDF format or ZIP format.  To view the PDF file, open them in Adobe Reader and please make sure that you have the most recent version.  If you’re on a Mac, you’ll need to view in Adobe Reader and not in “Preview”.  To extract a ZIP file, right click on the file and then “Extract All…” and then click the “Extract” button.  It will create a file folder containing the PDF files.

On the blog, why is a download labeled as “expired”?  It usually means that it’s no longer available for free on my blog.  It can probably be found in my Shop and I try to link to it if possible (or if I remember)!

On the blog, why is a download labeled as “discontinued”?  In most cases, I was only allowed certain use of the images or fonts.  In some cases, I realized that I wasn’t allowed to create materials to give away or share with others pertaining to trademark or copyright.

What are some of the benefits of being a newsletter subscriber?  If you subscribe to the blog newsletter, you will receive a password to the “For Subscribers” area that has free downloads.  You also won’t have to visit the blog and try to keep up with blog posts as they’re come directly to your inbox in the newsletter.  Also, if you subscribe to the Shop newsletter, you’ll receive a coupon code for 15% off your purchase.  You’ll be informed of when new resources are uploaded in the Shop.

How do I access the password to enter the area “For Subscribers”?  You have to subscribe to the newsletter for The Treasured Schoolhouse blog and/or Shop.  The password is in each edition of the newsletter.

What does the “For Subscribers” area contain?  It has FREEbies that are just for newsletter subscribers.  I add to it as time permits and it’s just an added perk for being a newsletter subscriber.

How do I leave a review for a printable that I purchased or downloaded for free?  Go to “Downloads” and click on the name/link of the printable.  When it opens, click on the “Reviews” tab.  You can rate it up to 5 stars and leave a comment.  Please note that only verified purchasers can leave feedback.
