Meep!!

I had a request in my group for some printable activities for Beaker.  Beaker is one of the Muppets and he’s most seen in the science lab with Dr. Bunsen Honeydew.  He always says “MEEP”!!

The things that I created for Beaker are pretty standard.  There’s a set of 4 9-piece jigsaw puzzles.  I also made a set of “label the color” cards.  Finally, there’s a Beaker tic-tac-toe game with a couple options for the tokens to play with.

Here’s a thumbnail of some of the pages….

All images are from internet sources and believed to be public domain.

Children’s Nativity Jigsaw Puzzles

From now today until 23 December, I’ll be offering a FREE printable on either this blog or my family life blog.  They will all be nativity themed, unless I come up with some brilliant idea that I just HAVE to do and share that day.  I’ll be creating them for a variety of ages/grades, so I’m hoping to have all the kids covered for nativity activities this CHRISTmas season.  So please, be sure to check back everyday for a new FREE nativity printable and if it’s not here, go to Commotion from the Ocean of Life  to find your FREEBIE for that day.  Remember, my plan is one a day,but sometimes life interferes with the best of intentions and you may not find them released at the same time each day!!

My first offering is a set of nativity jigsaw puzzles.  They range from 4 to 6 to 8 to 12 pieces.  They all feature children’s nativity pieces or they’re nativities that feature children in them.  There are 6 jigsaw puzzles in this set in total.

Nativity images © internet sources and believed to be public domain.

Here’s a peek at this set of nativity jigsaw puzzles….

If you’re interested in this set of jigsaw puzzles, please just…..

If you use my FREE nativity printables, please leave a comment and let me know how you and the little ones like them….or don’t like them. I’d also appreciate it if you’d click the button below (as well as in the side bar under “vote or rate The Schoolhouse”). I love feedback and create by the input that I receive….thanks!!

Spooktacular Jigsaw Puzzle

This is made from the same Halloween scene that I talked about yesterday. This one is a jigsaw puzzle though.  Since it’s not extremely scary, I made it with few enough pieces that smaller kids could play too.  The spooktacular puzzle has 9 pieces!!

Here’s a thumbnail of the jigsaw puzzle…..
